At that time I was really excited about all the free time I would have to start drawing some more, gaming, and hanging out with the buddies.
After the first week, I started summer school which I REALLY didn't want to attend. (Not like anyone does but yeah.) Things pretty much went downhill from there. Was really tired after school everyday (one hour naps) and whatnot. HOWEVER, tomorrow is the last of summer school for me. Although I'm happy to see it come to an end, it just means I'm getting closer to the end of summer break. The only worthwhile things I've achieved over the summer is plying Star Ocean 4, playing Tales of Vesperia, (Yes, I considered gaming quite progressive. It's not all just button mashing and whatnot. When you have the right sense of things, you admire and wonder the aesthetics of video games.) and being more active on deviantART. I'd have to admit that I could be way more active though. I couldn't even keep up with my friend's challenge of a submission everyday. I drew something everyday but always deleted everything because I didn't like how it turned out. (Curse you artist's block.)
Anyways, I have a lot of things I need to work hard on before my break ends, which is about 25 days.
First of all, I need to finish all of the artworks I have started and left unfinished for quite a while. There was also a summer piece I wanted to do, but I still haven't even started that.
Secondly, would be starting and finishing my summer AP assignments for school. A history project and a couple of novels to read for English. (What fun!)
Other things would be semi-important things such as working on getting a driver's permit and whatnot.
Well there you have it. I hope others are having a more progressive summer than me!
(Sorry for being so discursive, LOL.)
